Where do you deliver?
- We deliver free of charge all over the world.
What payment methods do you accept?
- Pay safely with Paypal or the three major credit cards, VISA, Mastercard and American Express.
How long does it take to process my order?
- Once we receive your order, it will be processed within 48 hours (in working days). You will be informed by email or by your phone number of the order progress.
How long will it take to receive my order?
- Between 3 and 10 days, depending on your delivery location. Please note that with the current world situation, delays may occur on your order.
How can I track my order?
- Once we have processed and shipped your order, a confirmation email will be sent to you with the order tracking number. Copy and paste your tracking number on our partner site to find your order. (Please wait at least 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation.)
I received a defective or broken item, what should I do?
- If you receive a broken or defective item, please contact us using the contact form below. Send us a description of the problem and after receiving your complaint, we will then ask you for 3 good quality photos with the original packaging. If your request is accepted, we will send you a new item as soon as possible at our expense.
Can I cancel my order?
- Unfortunately not. If you have entered your payment information and have confirmed the payment, a cancellation cannot be requested. If you accidentally get the wrong item, size or style, please contact us with the form below as soon as possible.
My local currency is not the dollar ($), Can I order?
- Yes, you can order without any problem. We will automatically convert the site to your local currency, and your bank will apply the exchange rate.
